How to reset Zosi DVR to factory settings

Let's see how to reset Zosi DVR to factory settings using the main menu.

If you have a Zosi DVR or NVR you should know that there's no reset button located in the device, so you just need to login to the device to reset it.

After resetting the DVR/NVR to factory settings all the configuration is lost.

Follow these steps to reset the Zosi DVR/NVR

  1. Click the floating "Main menu"
  2. Click the "Advanced" button
  3. Click the "reset" button
  4. Click "OK" to confirm

Look for the Advance button and click on it.

Now just click reset...

And confirm you want to reset the device.

As you can see, the procedure is very simple and take less than 5 minutes.

The DVR/NVR comes back to in the factory default state and you have to start the configuration all over again using the standard credentials admin/admin as the username and the password.
