how can i watch my CCTV’s cameras via Internet , I have cable modem Internet with dynamic IP?

I managed to VE DVR (Video Digitall) with 4 cameras, the DVR is an IP address and submask and getway I also have the Internet but i don 'cable; t know I have to watch to be able to install the cameras via the Internet . Roter and I do not have my computer connected to the cable modem so I cannot connect to the DVR cable modem but my motherboard has 2 Ethernet port so you can connect to my DVR computer that is connected to the Internet.
