I 've tried Argus which is OK (not even that good) and it' s over $ 100 just for the license for 8 cameras. VideoSpy barely even tried and it works. Thanks so much for cuaesquiera suggestions. Since this provision is a home I don 't want to pay a lot of software, but I' d be willing to pay a reasonable amount if the software is good. ¿Jeff, is this software good? ¿Find it fairly reliable? How long you use it?

there is a way of building a free system security software or something with the dvr:   4 of cctv cameras, a desktop PC that runs on xp with a video card, a current ubuntu dell laptop, a macbook that runs OS X, a video transmitter & receiver 100M/un audios. thanks for helping:)
