Why its related to sex is because the title “Big Brother” Its all about titles, and since Big Brother the TV show is very sexual then i think that is the reason why .

If you are in a public square and armed with the potential to be violent abuse your power hell yes im going to film you. The police officer who needlessly shot a man to death wouldnt be prosecuted had he not been filmed. Keep in mind that bystander’s videos can also prove that police were justified in their actions sometimes.
