Im broke, my car is smashed up and they left no note.grrrrrr?
ellen asked:
¿Council? My car was in our car park for residents last night and this morning I found that someone had led him inside and left no note (GR). Its not a new car but I replaced a while ago and was somewhat satisfied with it because I have little money and was too much. Im so tired. Im rioja disclosed in one hour and then I guess I'll have to call the insurance company. But do not lose my demands. ¿There's a CCTV camera outside the street that may have damaged many a car is pulling away-this help? Not prove that my car are shot. ¡Im so angry!

If there are cameras around, you might be able to catch them. It’s more than likely the other vehicle that struck your car is damaged as well. Call your insurance company, make out a police report and if the footage captured the license plate numbers than you have a good chance of making them pay. Good luck.

if that tape has a halfway decent angle or picture, you should be able to pause and check to see if the damage on the car is in the same spots as where your car was damaged. (that then provides potential evidence that the car hit yours and it wasnt prior damage).
you should also be able to (depending all on the camera again) to get a license plate. maybe try letting your insurance company know the info youve got, see if they can search some records or somethin and get the owner of the damaging car.
im not 100% sure but you MIGHT be able to report a hit&run. definitely try (after youve checked out the tape and definitely bring some sort of copy). you might be able to get a hold of the person through the cops (maybe not the best way, but it works. hey they might even get a fine for not being kind enough to leave their info).
good luck whatever happens. i think definitely try the tape, its worth a shot.

HEY, IF YOU GOT FOOTAGE OF THIS ON TAPE YOU NEED TO GET A COPY OF IT ASAP.
HAVE THE INSURANCE LOOK AT IT AS WELL BECAUSE THAT IS THEIR JOB AND THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING YOUR RATE FOR.
ALSO HAVE THE POLICE LOOK AT IT AS WELL, THEY SHOULD BE WILLING TO HELP YOU BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS RELY ON THIS TYPE OF EVIDENCE.
IF YOU CANT GET ANYWHERE HAVE A PROFESSIONAL PERSON THAT DEALS WITH THIS TYPE OF FOOTAGE SEE IF THEY CAN ENHANCE IT AND THEN TAKE THEM TO COURT AND SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEM.
HIT AND RUN DRIVERS SUCK, SORRY ABOUT THAT BUT ITS TRUE AND FOR NOW THEY THINK THEY ARE SAFE AND LUCKY, BUT JUST WAIT.
GOOD LUCK
